  • The sopp+sopp CMS has been developed to provide market leading end-to-end accident management and comes fully integrated with leading industry systems.

    Real-time updates flow through and are automatically validated by the system - including data from integrated telematics and third-party systems - providing sopp+sopp teams and fleet customers a single, unified view of each claim.

    With a dynamic, task-driven workflow engine in place, our fleet customers can be assured that each and every claim is intensively managed with exception handling built in to proactively manage SLAs.

  • sopp+sopp understand and cater for the differing needs of fleet operators and drivers when it comes to providing repair updates - whether that be online, over the phone or via email and SMS.

    Fleet customers benefit from 24/7 365 access to a dedicated online web portal, which is accessible via a desktop or mobile responsible web app, there is no requirement for the app to be pre-installed, making it simple and easy for fleets to access.

    The portal provides real-time visibility of repair progression with the ability to drill down to the granularity of claim, vehicle and location-level details. All updates are synchronised directly from our CMS meaning they're always up to date.

    With the ability to trigger multi-channel communications, fleet operators or drivers can get real-time repair updates on their channel of choice - whether that be portal, SMS, phone call or email - at a frequency they've selected. This ensures that the right communication method is followed at the frequency the driver has requested to mitigate uncertainty, manage expectations, and provide continuous proactive communication on the repair journey.

    sopp+sopp also have dedicated claims handling teams available to provide round the clock assistance should additional support be required.

  • sopp+sopp are at the forefront of new technology and innovation, evidence of this can be seen through the development of our Auto FNOL solution, where we have incorporated camera and telematics data to offer a real-time, filtered, crash detection solution embedded and enhancing the FNOL process.

    This has proven to increase FNOL accuracy, along with the speed at which incidents are reported, both having a direct impact on the ability to control costs. By automating the reporting process, immediately at the roadside, the volume of reported incidents will increase. sopp+sopp therefore have the ability to act immediately to maintain driver safety and control claims costs, increasing fleet utilisation and profitability for fleet operators.

  • The sopp+sopp datawarehouse and MI capability gives customers, operational and account teams access to real-time claims and repair data for reporting and analytics.
