This also includes the ability to identify total losses earlier and ensure they're settled efficiently without unnecessary repair network involvement.

  • sopp+sopp's proprietary Claims Management System utilises data, imagery, and the latest technology to capture comprehensive detail of vehicle damage post incident.

    With a clear understanding of damage severity and incident details, our fully qualified and experienced in-house engineering team, liaise with operational teams to identify the most appropriate repair solution. This could range from a roadside repair, mobile repair, traditional repair or - if appropriate - a "repair your own" solution where parts are provided by group business Activate Parts directly to the fleet or driver to be repaired in-house, reducing cost and VOR time.
