Call Centre

Sopp & Sopp operates a dedicated UK Call Centre which handles all calls from customers who wish to report incidents for which their vehicles/employees are involved.

The Call Centre takes all relevant information and forwards it in customer specified format to various locations, i.e. insurance company, depots, fleet engineers etc.

The Call Centre also produces reports detailing incidents per depot/driver and other information relating to these incidents as per customer requirements. This information can be extremely useful to the customer as it highlights any driver training/disciplinary requirements.

The Call Centre operation can be tailor-made to suit customer requirements, from the level of information obtained at point of call to the reports produced.
